Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of UNITY's app and services. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
UNITY provides training programs, nutrition targets, food logging, and — where you engage one — human coaching. Programming adapts to the information you log; its quality depends on the accuracy of what you provide.
Not medical advice
Content in the app is general fitness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a training or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Stop and seek help if you feel unwell while training. You train at your own risk.
Accounts
You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Profile.
Subscriptions
Coach subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can manage or cancel in the app's billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or disrupt the service, or upload unlawful content through messaging or photos.
Coaching relationship
Coaches on the platform are independent professionals. UNITY provides the tools; the coaching relationship and its outcomes are between you and your coach.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UNITY is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury arising from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
